2004: First start trying for a baby.
Fall 2007: Found lump in abdomen; diagnosed with endometriosis. Justin is diagnosed with low motility.
November 2007: Surgery for endometriosis; doctor discovers two tumors on uterus.
January 2008: Start Femara; first IUI.
March 2008: Second IUI.
April 2008: New doctor; start Clomid.
May 2008: Third IUI.
June 2008: Start Lupron injections to send body into menopause.
June 2008: Decide to pursue adoption.
July 2008: Chose A New Beginning Adoption Agency and begin homestudy.
September 2008: Officially on waiting list.
October 2008: Contacted by pregnant teen; took her to dinner and she invited us to her ultra-sound. Never heard from her again.
January 2009: Completed Lupron treatments and started accupuncture and Chinese herbs.
March 2009: Teamed up with Heart to Heart Adoption Agency in Utah.
April 1 2009: Phone call with a birth mom going through Heart to Heart. She loved us. Got a phone call from A New Beginning within ten minutes saying we'd been selected by one of their birth moms. Faced with a hard decision.
April 3, 2009: Choose the situation at A New Beginning. May 8 is the due date, but a c-section was scheduled for April 28.
April 17, 2009: Our baby girl was born at 6:08 pm.
April 18, 2009: Met our daughter.
April 21, 2009: Placement day. Took Jocelyn home.
December 7, 2009: Finalized the adoption.
December 12, 2009: Jocelyn sealed to us for time and all eternity in the Salt Lake Temple.
